I find a piece of wood that came from Jimmy Carter's trailer. I pull it out and donate it to a Jimmy Carter museum. The I visit it. 

I'm going to the opera. I have tickets for three seats in the rear of the main floor. I get a few free french fries for a friend. 

I'm working on a New Yorker cover. It's of some drawings of people working. As a final flourish, I paint some briwn and yellow swirls over them The add a few blue ones. It totally ruins the cover.
