I'm helping rehab an old building just east of downtown. I run into Nettie Duffield. She tells me about her sons and i tell her I went to school with Dan. She mentions that he was adopted. I tell her I remember her column in the local paper. 

I'm working at an art gallery near WSU. I need some black matte board to mount three prints. A couple walk in and I ask them if they could watch the gallery while I go over to Blick's to get some matte board. Then I ride my bike down Woodward.
