I'm in some kind of shop. There's a display case with gold medals for sale. When I look closely, a few of them appear blue. I mention to Zubes that they're made out of precious stones and they're really valuable. She points out that they just look blue because they're reflecting some blue spots on the ceiling.

Jim Karakostas owns a party store and I go in and comment on what a great selection of craft beers he has. 

I gave a lecture at Wayne State University. Afterwards, I'm wandering around the campus looking for my car. It's parked in a teachers parking lot.

There's a vending machine in the hallway. I open it up and put a dime in a paperback book on the top shelf. Then, every time I bang on it 4 or 5 dimes fall to the bottom of the machine. I keep doing this and fill my pocket with all the change. Then I empty my pockets and put all the change in my briefcase.

I'm helping rehab an old building just east of downtown. I run into Nettie Duffield. She tells me about her sons and i tell her I went to school with Dan. She mentions that he was adopted. I tell her I remember her column in the local paper. 

I'm working at an art gallery near WSU. I need some black matte board to mount three prints. A couple walk in and I ask them if they could watch the gallery while I go over to Blick's to get some matte board. Then I ride my bike down Woodward.

I'm on a small tropical island. Joey's busy so I explore it by myself. There are some statues of Napoleon. I go into a tourist island on the western side of the island and a woman who looks familiar is there with her family. She asks me what there is to do and I show her a booklet I picked up at a tourist office on the eastern art of the island.

I'm helping put on an opera setting up chairs. There are two stages so the people will have to move the chairs in the middle of the performance.

I skateboard down the driveway and head towards Charlevoix. There's a slight breeze and I feel like I can go practically forever. I tell my kids about it only they're not interested.

Joe and I are in Mexico near some famous ruins. There's a mountain peak and the site is on the other side. we head over there and are on a busy street. I try to be careful because it's supposed to be a dangerous city Joe walks ahead and I lose her in the crowd.
